Responsibilities
Process and manage incoming orders with high accuracy and timely turnaround
Coordinate seamlessly between Sales, Vendor Partners, and Revenue teams
Handle escalations, resolve workflow issues, and support vendor/contractor performance
Provide daily process guidance to sellers; run training sessions with Sales Enablement
Build and nurture strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams
Maintain and own playbooks, SOPs, and training documentation
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows
Act as the operational voice, providing feedback to influence process evolution
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Order Management, Sales Support, or related roles
Strong experience managing escalations in high-volume order/billing environments
Data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets, SQL
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/order management systems
Proven ability to create process documentation, enablement materials, and playbooks
High learning agility, proactive mindset, and strong ownership
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Accuracy-driven with meticulous attention to detail
