They are seeking a Quality Engineer Intern who will support various projects, including process optimization and developing metrology test equipment, while working under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Responsibilities
Support a wide variety of projects that provide a challenging hands-on experience
Process optimization for receiving inspections
Developing and implementing new metrology test equipment/CMM programming
Developing cataloging of FAI and boundary sample libraries
Perform prescribed quality tasks for the department
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Minitab, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills
Proactive work ethic and energy
Effective team member and contributor
Bachelor's degree in progress, preferably with sophomore year completed
Pursuing bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2.5 GPA or higher preferred
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification and reference checks
With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Preferred
Quality Engineering/Audit certification and QMS/ISO exposure is preferred
