Responsibilities
Maintain planning, monitoring, and reporting processes for timely project execution
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align software solutions with organizational goals
Lead project status meetings, confirm milestones, and ensure objectives are met
Assist in workflow development projects, including design, testing, and deployment
Develop and code enterprise-level software applications
Identify issues, analyze impacts, and propose optimized solutions
Document coding standards, procedures, and user manuals
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) principles across projects
Ensure compliance with IT policies, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards
Support clients in strategy alignment, requirement documentation, and IT-driven changes
Analyze complex processes, identify improvements, and recommend cost-effective solutions
Coordinate software/hardware installation, deployment, and upgrades
Provide knowledge-sharing and training within the IT team
Qualification
Required
Accredited 4-year degree (or equivalent) in IT or related field
5+ years of experience in Kahua automation and workflow development
Strong knowledge of IT practices, project management, and enterprise application development
Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools relevant to enterprise software
Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, vendors, and team members
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of applicable local, state, and federal IT regulations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in time-sensitive environments
Preferred
Experience in large-scale workflow deployments
Familiarity with nuclear power or EPC industry projects
Knowledge of IT best practices in compliance and governance
Experience with cross-functional collaboration in complex IT environments
