Responsibilities
Delivering coordinated, constructible electrical models that prevent downstream field issues and reduce rework
Leading global modeling teams with clear scope, strong quality control, and predictable delivery
Running coordination conversations with confidence, resolving clashes and managing ambiguity under schedule pressure
Earning repeat client trust by positioning VDC as a value-driver, not a checkbox
Improving how work gets done, through better workflows, smarter tool usage, and shared best practices
Qualification
Required
US work authorization is required
Experience leading complex electrical BIM/VDC projects end-to-end
Ability to own model quality and guide global teams
Experience working directly with electrical subcontractor clients
Ability to translate incomplete or ambiguous design information into coordinated, buildable electrical models
Experience working across commercial and industrial projects
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Strong communication skills to run coordination conversations with confidence
Ability to resolve clashes and manage ambiguity under schedule pressure
Experience in improving workflows and tool usage
Ability to anticipate problems early and raise quality standards
Preferred
Experience leading and scaling global modeling teams
Experience influencing standards, workflows, and best practices
Comfortable working with remote and global teams
Enjoy leading without needing formal authority
Desire to keep raising the bar for yourself and the work
