Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions
Own Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Revenue processes end-to-end
Provide solution design and technical leadership across products
Act as the go-to SME for CPQ, Billing, and integration challenges
Design scalable, complex data models
Lead integrations with ERP, billing, and fulfillment platforms
Mentor engineers and establish development best practices
Resolve complex bugs and production issues
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
Implement DevOps/CI-CD and release strategies
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Salesforce platform experience
Deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, RLM)
Proven solution architecture experience in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Revenue workflows
Proficiency in: Apex, LWC, Aura, Declarative configuration
Experience with: REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware integrations, ERP/Billing/Fulfillment systems, DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket)
Strong data modeling & architecture expertise
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
