BayCare Clinic is a physician-owned entity dedicated to providing superior specialty medical services. They are seeking a Communications Manager to develop and implement marketing plans, coordinate promotional activities, and manage the marketing staff to enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

Develops and implements marketing plans and projects for new and existing services

Expands and develops marketing platforms

Creates and presents marketing ideas, strategies, and implementation plans

Develops strategy, design, creation and production of all marketing, advertising and communication materials

Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of BayCare Clinic and adjusts plans accordingly

Manages and coordinates all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities and staff

Trains, manages, and directs the activity of Marketing Department staff

Works collaboratively with Public Relations, Business Development, and other internal and external partners

Defines objectives and works with outside vendors and internal staff to achieve marketing objectives on time and within budget

Utilizes experience and judgment to achieve departmental goals

Secures approvals for all advertising and promotional materials and reviews proofs for support materials

Establishes and maintains production schedules for individual marketing, advertising and promotional campaigns

Utilizes effective and appropriate negotiating skills to ensure the best return on investment when working with potential advertisers, media, designers etc
