This role involves owning social strategy and content creation across multiple platforms, managing content calendars, and ensuring alignment with brand goals while engaging with the community.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Create and manage content calendars for multiple brands simultaneously
Identify trends, opportunities, and new formats to keep content fresh and relevant
Set goals, track performance, and adjust strategies based on results
Concept, create, and publish high-quality content (photo, video, short-form, long-form, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
Be comfortable on camera—as a brand personality and/or guiding others to show up naturally and confidently
Capture and edit content in real time at the office, events, job sites, and team gatherings
Pull out authentic stories and personalities from our leadership and staff
Manage posting, engagement, and community interaction across platforms
Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual standards
Juggle multiple brands without missing details, deadlines, or opportunities
Collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and leadership teams
Qualification
Required
A portfolio or social accounts you have personally managed or grown
Creative self-starter who takes ownership and runs with opportunities
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok—and what performs on each
Sharp eye for detail (visuals, captions, timing, consistency)
Confident, comfortable, and natural on camera
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Strong storytelling instincts with a pulse on culture and trends
Someone who's energized by building, growing, and elevating brands
