Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Accounts Payable: Handle all aspects of accounts payable from start to finish
Three-Way Match: Review and match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports
Vendor Inquiries: Address vendor questions and resolve discrepancies
Check Runs: Prepare and process weekly check runs
Expense Reports: Review and process expense reports via ExpenseWire
Wire Transfers: Set up and initiate wire transfers through the bank portal
GL Reconciliations: Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and make necessary adjustments
Tax Filings: Collect W-9 forms and prepare year-end 1099s for vendors
Vendor Documentation: Obtain vendor liability insurance as required
Month-End Close: Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in accounts payable with a strong understanding of the three-way match process
Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables preferred)
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
