Responsibilities

This position is accountable for developing and executing social media strategies that strengthen brand storytelling, engagement, and eCommerce growth across paid and organic channels. It is also responsible for driving measurable performance improvements, including engagement, traffic, conversion, ROI, follower growth, sentiment, and share of voice
Builds and executes platform‑specific social media strategies aligned to brand priorities, seasonal campaigns, and eCommerce objectives, with accountability for improving engagement rate and overall platform reach
Identifies opportunities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms to maximize follower growth and audience expansion
Collaborates with creative and content teams to develop high‑performing social content that drives increased traffic and conversion to brand and retailer sites
Supports influencer and creator partnerships to expand brand reach, deepen engagement, and ensure relevance within key audience segments
Partners with media teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns focused on ROI, conversion, and cost‑efficient engagement
Tests and refines audience targeting, content formats, messaging, and creative strategies to improve campaign performance and social KPIs
Monitors social conversations to identify trends, customer sentiment, and engagement opportunities; ensures responsive and brand‑aligned community management
Engages with online communities to strengthen sentiment, responsiveness, and share of voice within relevant audience conversations
Tracks and reports core social performance indicators—including engagement, traffic, conversion, ROI, follower growth, sentiment, and share of voice—and provides insights to inform future strategy and content development

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or content development
Strong understanding of social platform dynamics, audience behaviors, and content trends
Experience planning or optimizing paid social campaigns
Ability to collaborate with creative teams and influence development of high-performing content
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple platforms, campaigns, and timelines
Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to brand voice and tone
Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or similar

Preferred

Experience working with influencers, creators, or social partnership programs
