Responsibilities
Manage pursuits and lead positioning for pursuits within our four market segments
Lead teams in proposal strategy development through blue, pink, red, and gold team reviews
Lead discussions on critical issues, team composition/organization, experience, team strengths, and discriminators
Lead message development and creative presentation of information
Support business development efforts of technical staff in client capture and pursuit planning
Foster use of sales process throughout the organization
Maintain excellent client relations
Maintain a safe working environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, or Communications
10+ years of related experience required
Experience in A/E/C industry leading positioning or proposal development efforts
Preferred
Experience with Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, Unanet, OpenAsset, and Joist AI desired
