Responsibilities

Use SAP system to enter & process customer orders for assigned customer accounts
Enter orders timely & accurately to ensure data correctly reflects customer requirements and expectations
Manage customer expectations and exercise timely communication practices
Ensure critical information is communicated to internal and external customers
Drive issue resolution with both internal and external customers

Required
