Responsibilities
Engaging with customers to understand their technical and business needs
Articulating and demonstrating the value of Fiery’s solutions
Providing pre-sales consultations, technical demonstrations, and support for Fiery’s digital front-end and workflow solutions
Building strong customer relationships
Contributing to the sales team’s efforts to meet revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Strong skills and experience in Technical Sales and Sales processes
Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including fostering positive customer relationships
Proficiency in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues
Understanding of the printing industry and experience with digital front-end or workflow solutions is an advantage
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work remotely
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
