Responsibilities
Lead and develop Product Managers responsible for product planning and execution across the full product lifecycle
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive growth, profitability, and customer value
Act as Product Architect for strategic initiatives, including competitive positioning and market share growth
Partner with Engineering and R&D on new product development, enhancements, and cost reduction initiatives
Own pricing strategy, margin management, and cost analysis across the product portfolio
Analyze customer performance, including top and bottom segments, with regular customer engagement
Support and oversee successful product launches and go-to-market initiatives
Develop annual marketing plans in collaboration with Industry Managers
Lead cross-functional teams with clear KPIs to ensure alignment and execution
Collaborate with global colleagues on product-related initiatives
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of experience in Product Management within industrial equipment, power transmission, motion systems, or automotive-adjacent mechanical products
Minimum of 3 years of application experience (Application Engineering, Sales Engineering, or hands-on customer-facing roles)
Strong understanding of mechanical power systems and customer application requirements
Proven experience with pricing, margin management, cost analysis, and product lifecycle ownership
Experience leading or mentoring Product Managers
Comfortable operating in a matrixed, global organization
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business required
