Responsibilities

Drive departmental strategy and roadmap, owning inventory initiatives and challenging outdated ways of working
Analyze and resolve inventory processes impacting customers and frontline teams, prioritizing automation and AI efficiencies
Lead project communications, status updates, and performance reporting with a focus on scalable, data driven outcomes
Create and evolve business process documentation, redesigning workflows to replace manual and legacy processes
Build and influence strong partnerships to advance digital awareness and improve retail store operations
Support additional initiatives as assigned, with a continuous improvement and innovation mindset

Required

Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
