Responsibilities
Help customers find the right products by creating engaging content and consistent data
Analyze internal metrics, leverage datasets, and conduct external research to drive our publications forward
Research industrial standards and make recommendations to help customers
Assess how customers interact with our publications and propose options for how to best present products on our website
Drive procedures and processes forward by making observations and proposing improvements
Develop documentation and train others to facilitate consistent outcomes
Qualification
Required
A history of academic and professional success
At least 2 years of professional experience
Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Strong critical thinking, research, data analysis, attention to detail, organizational, and decision-making skills
Eagerness to learn new things, adaptability, and a growth-oriented mindset
