Required

Excellent leadership abilities and decision-making skills
Advanced proficiency in financial management software and tools
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
Prior experience in healthcare or dental care finance management is advantageous
