Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring mutual understanding of expectations and deliverables
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and support the CIO's objectives
Oversee the IT vendor budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial constraints
Monitor and improve operational performance, ensuring that strategic goals are met and processes are optimized
Calculate key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to support strategic decisions and provide insights on operational performance and efficiency

Required

4+ years of experience in IT vendor management, financial analysis, or strategic operations

Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance

Preferred

Experience using Microsoft Excel
Experience with Python and transforming large datasets
