Responsibilities

Support our Los Angeles Office's Community Development Finance Practice Group

Drafting senior, real estate secured loan documents

Drafting real estate joint venture partnership/operating agreements

Reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys to oversee paralegal title and survey review

Qualification

Required

2nd to 6th year associate

solid and recent real estate transactional experience

experience in real estate lending and/or joint venture financing

experience working on transactions involving tax credits

experience drafting real estate joint venture partnership/operating agreements

experience reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys

licensed to practice in California

strong writing skills

excellent academic credentials
