Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Staff the front desk and assist with access control by verifying identification, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests to appropriate areas
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or other building systems from the reception area and report irregular activity per site-specific procedures to help to deter unwanted activity
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site personnel and/or emergency services as directed
Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal management and site contacts
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
