Prepare, review, and maintain technical documents including:
Change Controls
Technical Deviations
Methods & Specifications
Certificates of Analysis (COAs)
Batch Records
Validation protocols and reports
Conduct focused time-studies to support packaging operations
Support packaging investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and validation activities
Apply process improvement and Lean methodologies (e.g., 5S, Fishbone Diagram, Kanban, poka-yoke, ergonomics, visual controls)
Participate in root cause analysis and develop effective corrective action plans
Perform data mining and analysis to provide insights and recommendations
Review and edit documents for compliance, accuracy, clarity, and proper terminology
Follow SOPs for document creation, control, and storage
Collaborate cross-functionally while also working independently when required
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental policies
Perform administrative and project support tasks as assigned by management
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Work under general supervision in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting
Qualification
Required
BA/BS degree in a related field from an accredited college or university (Required)
1–3 years of technical writing experience
Strong technical and scientific writing skills
Advanced analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PDF tools
Solid understanding of cGMPs, FDA guidelines, and current industry technologies
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred
Preference given to candidates with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
