Responsibilities
Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code using the following web development components: ASP.Net, C#, JavaScript, VB Script, HTML, CSS and SQL
Development of web applications using the ASP.NET MVC Framework
Frequent use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques
Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity Infrastructure Positions
Implement and support Nexidia Analytics platforms, including data ingestion and processing
Support reporting and dashboard creation for operational insights
Provide technical support and training to end-users
Deploy, configure, and maintain NICE Engage recording solutions
Monitor system health and performance, applying patches and upgrades as needed
Investigate and resolve technical issues, including those related to voice capture and data retention
Collaborate with IT and business teams for integration and support
Qualification
Required
Previous experience with speech analytics platforms (Nexidia preferred)
Experience with Nexidia Analytics and speech analytics solutions
Knowledge of audio capture, media processing, and voice analysis technologies
Familiarity with SQL databases and basic scripting for automation/reporting
Ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Proficiency in NICE Engage recording platform administration and troubleshooting
Experience with Windows Server administration, SQL Server, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with telephony environments (VoIP, SIP, PBX integration)
Understanding of security and compliance standards related to call recording
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
Must hold an active Public Trust Clearance or higher
Preferred
Relevant NICE Engage certification
Experience with application development w/ Visual Studio and C#
