Responsibilities

Support the processing of GTSS and FX transactions at various stages of the trade life cycle
Review, execute, and reconcile trade transactions, payments, settlements, and related documentation
Verify transactional completeness and accuracy in alignment with service levels, policies, terms, and procedures
Ensure all necessary documentation, materials, and approvals are in place before processing or releasing transactions
Identify and resolve discrepancies, including incorrect system setups, fee calculations, or payment terms
Partner with IT to troubleshoot system issues and support long‑term solutions
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding items, invoice clarification, and payment‑related questions
Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal teams to validate calculations, prepare Excel templates, and support client needs
Ensure regulatory and credit approvals are obtained prior to issuance or release
Examine documents for compliance with LC terms
Work with RMs, clients, beneficiaries, and internal/external Counsel to structure and finalize complex SBLCs
Advise management on developments that may impact processes or departmental operations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Five or more years of relevant work experience

Preferred

Thorough knowledge of fee‑based operations, accounting, or trade finance
Standby Letters of Credit (SLCs) is a plus (either handling them, reviewing documents, or understanding the regulatory and compliance obligations)
Strong problem-solving and client servicing skills
Ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems with minimal guidance
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
