Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and precision of all cutting dies
Verify correct rule, perf, and crease per customer specifications
Manage die-making supplies and inventory
Maintain a clean work area and perform basic maintenance on die-making equipment
Provide technical support to internal teams as needed
Collaborate with the Design and Die Cutting departments to improve tooling processes and outcomes

Qualification

Die-making experienceAutoCAD proficiencyBobst Die Cutters knowledgeConsumer packaging experienceAnalytical skillsMath skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skillsProject management

Required

High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum 5 years of die-making experience; consumer packaging industry preferred
Previous experience in paperboard carton production required
Experience working with AutoCAD files and interpreting customer specifications is required
Strong initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform basic math functions
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Knowledge of Bobst Die Cutters preferred
