Responsibilities
Work closely with and receive direct mentorship from nationally recognized leaders in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, CMBS litigation and transactional work, and financial services litigation
Gain hands-on experience in litigation strategy, client interaction, sophisticated motion practice, as well as transactional work in the real estate arena
Handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Financial Services Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, and general Commercial Litigation
Strong academic background
Proven research skills
Exceptional litigation abilities
Exceptional writing abilities
Exceptional persuasive speaking abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Litigation experience
Hands-on experience in litigation strategy
Experience handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Preferred
Michigan-based candidates
Some real estate transactional experience
