Provide administrative support as Patient Experience Representative (PER):
Paper filing, phone triage, patient bookings
Provide assistance to Nursing Leadership team including:
Support special unit-based projects
Patient welcome packet distribution
Assist patients/families with setting up patient portal access
Assist with organizing environment of care
Transfer paper documents/data to excel based spread sheets
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Self-reliant with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Clearly demonstrates problem solving skills
Ability to escalate concerns and seek appropriate resources
Computer skills; proficient in Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams a plus
