Responsibilities

Safely troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including PLCs, AC and DC drives, electrical controls, and mechanical systems
Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, cleaning, inspections, and adjustments to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation
Support production by assisting with equipment setups, tear downs, and line changes
Maintain facility systems including HVAC, fire protection, and emergency lighting
Record maintenance activities, issues, and repairs in the maintenance software system
Operate forklifts, hoists, scissor lifts, and related equipment to move materials and parts
Identify root causes of equipment failures and collaborate with the team to create long term solutions

Required

At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a box plant or similar industrial environment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including experience with PLCs and drive systems
Ability to read and understand technical documents such as schematics and mechanical drawings
Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing setting
Ability to use a computerized maintenance management system for work orders and documentation
Strong safety awareness and the ability to maintain a clean, organized work area
