Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on production machines and facility equipment
Troubleshoot, maintain, modify, and repair PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens)
Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480v
Provide emergency/unscheduled and scheduled repairs on production equipment
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
Use a variety of hand and power tools, volt meters, and material handling equipment
Analyze, troubleshoot, and replace/install electrical AC/DC controls and power distribution
Work from drawings, blueprints, worksheets, and other related documents
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment using precision measurement tools
Interpret schematics and equipment manuals to troubleshoot equipment
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to increase equipment reliability
Repair, install, and program VFDs
Work in CMMS (FIX) system
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in electrical and PLC troubleshooting
Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
Experience in preventive and industrial maintenance
Perform routine maintenance on production machines and facility equipment
