Responsibilities
Design and oversee complex, multi-cube OneStream applications, ensuring optimal dimensionality, scalability, and performance for financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting
Build and configure advanced business rules, workflows, dashboards, and Cube Views to streamline and optimize financial processes
Define and maintain the OneStream strategic roadmap, aligning platform enhancements with evolving business priorities and upcoming OneStream feature releases
Act as the primary liaison between Finance, IT, and executive leadership, translating business objectives into clear technical designs and execution plans
Develop and optimize complex business rules using VB.NET, C#, SQL, and related technologies to automate financial logic, allocations, and transformations
Architect and maintain advanced ETL pipelines and integrations (e.g., OData, REST APIs) connecting OneStream with ERP systems such as IFS, SAP, Oracle, and other core platforms
Deliver sophisticated dashboards and Analytic Blend solutions that provide real-time, actionable insights for executive decision-making
Implement and manage OneStream AI and machine-learning capabilities, with a focus on Sensible AI forecasting and predictive modeling
Qualification
Required
OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) – Core Platform Architect (or the legacy Lead Architect R1/R2) is mandatory for this level
6+ years of EPM experience, including at least 4 years of hands‑on OneStream XF/Unified Platform implementations
Advanced proficiency in SQL (including performance tuning and stored procedures) and VB.NET or C#
Deep understanding of core financial processes, including multi‑currency consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and FP&A budgeting and forecasting cycles
Preferred
Experience deploying OneStream Marketplace solutions for predictive analytics or AI‑driven anomaly detection
Proven ability to mentor junior developers and manage offshore or third‑party implementation partners
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting
