Working with the VP Property Management & Area Manager to meet the company's operating objectives
Facilitating and promoting a team-oriented, customer-focused and safety-conscience environment
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3-5 years of residential property management experience
Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience
The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
Availability to work weekends is required
Valid Driver's license
Preferred
College degree preferred
Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation, through the National Apartment Association, is desired
