Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end program execution: Define, plan, and manage the full lifecycle of network infrastructure and software projects, from concept through deployment
Drive cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with RAN, hardware, software, and systems integration teams—plus external vendors—to deliver on schedule and at scale
Own technical risk management: Proactively identify, track, and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, particularly in network deployments
Translate strategy into action: Align technical deliverables with broader business objectives, operational priorities, and long-term timelines
Communicate with impact: Provide clear, actionable status updates, dashboards, and briefings to stakeholders and senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Must have the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems is required
8+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering, systems administration, or infrastructure planning
5+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects, including large-scale or multi-million-dollar initiatives
Strong command of core networking protocols, including BGP, TCP/IP, MPLS, and IPv6
Experience with optical networking, data center environments, and server-level hardware deployments
Working knowledge of cloud networking across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Proven ability to model network growth, optimize capacity, and align technical decisions with budget constraints
Preferred
