Responsibilities

Monitors quality, verifies information, and checks accuracy of work for self and others
Suggests policy & procedure improvements
Assists with new software vetting & implementation
Performs transaction processing to test code and workflow; assists with workflow and knowledge base documentation
Performs account reconciliation
Processes client billings and A/R
Applies cash receipts to open A/R invoices
Creates customer credit memos as approved by client
Applies customer credit memos to open A/R invoices
Oversees local tax and license filings
Provides assistance, information, or support to others to build or maintain relationships
Effectively applies technical knowledge to solve a range of problems
Develops and uses systems to organize and keep track of information or work progress

Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Baker Tilly will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B, STEM OPT)
Associate degree or equivalent work experience required
Ability to commute as needed throughout the region; to include Baker Tilly's offices
Ability to travel to client locations, including overnight stays, with travel expectations varying by department and location
Seasonal flexibility to work overtime or additional hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed

Preferred

Technology-related coursework highly desirable
