Responsibilities
Design and run a world-class, high-velocity delivery system across Engineering, working seamlessly with Product and Customer Success
Keep priorities clear and current. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama
Identify and eliminate organizational friction, process breakdowns, and technical debt that impede delivery velocity across the organization
Act as the source of clarity for all priorities. Fix cross-team issues fast with low drama. Help shape roadmaps based on customer needs, impact, and constraints
Use data, dashboards, and automation to surface risks, measure delivery, and eliminate systemic pain
Help shape roadmaps and timing based on customer needs, impact, and constraints
Act as a force multiplier for engineering leadership, maintaining org-wide focus and hard prioritization
Qualification
Required
Senior TPM experience in a fast-moving, product-driven environment
Exceptional business and technical judgment to identify the highest-leverage activities, know when to intervene and unblock, and advise leadership on complex trade-offs
Exceptional written and verbal communication, especially in unclear situations
Expert use of data, dashboards, and automation to drive clarity and change
Ownership, low ego, strong bias for action, and sound judgment that elevates the team
