This role serves as the critical bridge between Risk Management theory and technical execution, providing both executive-level advisory and hands-on functional configuration.

Responsibilities
Advise stakeholders on leading practices for structuring entity alignments, risk frameworks, and scoring methodologies within ServiceNow IRM
Lead the functional setup and refinement of the risk register, ensuring high data integrity and clear ownership across the IRM data model
Optimize workflows for issue intake and remediation, ensuring seamless linkage between risks, controls, and evidence for audit transparency
Partner with IT and Third-Party Risk teams to align digital assets, vendors, and business functions with the overarching risk posture
Design and deploy executive-level dashboards and reports that translate raw IRM data into actionable, decision-useful risk intelligence
Collaborate with platform admins to ensure IRM configurations are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with broader ServiceNow environment standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Risk Management, Compliance, or Internal Audit, with a strong focus on digital transformation
Extensive hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules (specifically Risk, Policy & Compliance, and Issue Management)
Deep understanding of industry-standard frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COSO, or SOX
Exceptional ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders and document complex technical requirements for non-technical audiences
Preferred
Prior experience navigating the regulatory complexities of public-sector agencies or large-scale infrastructure organizations is highly preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Risk and Compliance is strongly desired
