Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a .Net Developer for a contract position in Fort Mill, SC. The role involves developing both frontend and backend components while creating and updating database objects, as well as modernizing legacy applications into scalable web applications.

Responsibilities
Rewrite and modernize legacy Web Forms applications into scalable web applications using ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and Telerik Kendo
Design and develop both front‑end and server‑side components using Visual Studio and established .NET design patterns
Create, modify, and optimize SQL Server database objects, including tables, views, stored procedures, and functions
Integrate the application with existing enterprise systems, including authentication/authorization services and multi‑database environments
Participate in requirements analysis, code reviews, testing (unit and smoke tests), and debugging throughout the SDLC
Maintain high‑quality coding standards with clear documentation, transparency, and collaboration within the development team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
8–10 years of professional experience in .NET application development
Strong hands‑on experience with ASP.NET MVC, C#, JavaScript, Visual Studio, and SQL Server (tables, views, stored procedures, functions) as required by the client
Proficiency in rewriting legacy applications, working with modern UI frameworks (Telerik Kendo), and integrating with authentication/authorization systems per client expectations
