Responsibilities
The Streetlight Technical Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate customer streetlight counts by updating records to reflect changes in company owned streetlight systems. Responsibilities include processing material changes related to streetlight outages, applying appropriate credits, updating mapping information, researching municipal jurisdictional responsibilities, and communicating updates to customers
Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electric distribution maps
Be highly proficient in Excel
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction
Apply basic problem solving skills
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
Qualification
Required
Possess a foundational understanding of SAP, GIS, Open Utilities, and Google Maps
At least 2 years of applicable experience and a High School diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electric distribution maps
Be highly proficient in Excel
Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction
Apply basic problem solving skills
Collaborate effectively within a team environment
