Systems Design Consultant (Customer Solutions)
Alpine Home Air Products helps customers make confident, well-designed HVAC decisions. They are hiring Systems Design Consultants who will work directly with customers to understand their space and design multiple system approaches, guiding them towards informed decisions without closing sales.

Responsibilities
Lead scheduled, consultative conversations with customers (phone or video)
Ask thoughtful questions to understand usage patterns, priorities, and constraints
Design 2-3 intentional system approaches rather than a single "answer"
Explain trade-offs between comfort, efficiency, cost, aesthetics, reliability, and installation complexity
Recommend a best-fit solution based on customer values, not price alone
Produce a clear, structured design summary for the Sales team to finalize the order
Act as a calm, trusted guide through a complex, high-stakes decision
Qualification
Required
Experience in consulting, systems design, technical advising, architecture, engineering, building science, or other analytical fields is a plus
Strong reasoning ability, communication skills, and a learning mindset matter more than industry background
Preferred
HVAC experience is helpful but not required
