Responsibilities
Lead the Tier 2‑4 business rhythm, including PM OBEYA room and scorecard management
Drive the Return‑to‑Green plan, aligning cross‑program and functional stakeholders
Own Risk, Issue, & Opportunity Management strategy, ensuring processes capture and resolve items
Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP, coordinating strategy communication and engagement preparation
Foster team growth, champion lessons‑learned integration, and mentor staff

The selected candidate must obtain a Secret clearance after hire
