Customer Relationship Manager (USA) – Remote
89 Solutions is a partner of Moveworks delivering enterprise grade AI solutions that enhance employee support and productivity. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing post-sale client relationships in the U.S., ensuring revenue protection and facilitating project health and expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
Be the primary post-sale contact for U.S. clients; run value check-ins and executive updates
Manage renewals and surface expansion signals; coordinate upsell with sales
Monitor scope, deliverables, timelines; escalate risks early; support RAID reviews
Validate SOW milestones against delivery; ensure accurate, timely invoicing
Maintain clean records across CRM and project tools; report health/risks/renewals/opps
Support QBR prep and delivery with insights on outcomes and next-best actions
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Customer Success, Account/Engagement Management, or Project Management (consulting/professional services)
Strong grasp of project lifecycles, SOWs, invoicing, and client communications
Track record of reducing churn and protecting revenue
Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, and relationship skills
Ability to balance client advocacy with commercial rigor
Preferred
Exposure to enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft 365, Jira)
Familiarity with Moveworks or adjacent AI assistants
Experience with RAID logs, QBRs, Zoho/other PS tooling
