Responsibilities
Partner with People Analytics leadership and cross‑functional teams to scope project needs, reduce ambiguity, and drive clarity
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, trackers, and status reports to monitor progress, risks, and dependencies
Lead structured meetings with clear agendas, documented action items, and proactive follow‑ups to ensure timely execution
Identify and escalate risks or delays, communicating updates concisely to leadership along with recommended solutions
Document current‑state and future‑state processes to support operational alignment and continuous improvement
Support program management in producing org‑wide status reporting for executive and functional leadership reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field
3+ years of project and/or program management experience
Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organization and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional partners and drive alignment
