System Administrator
Akkodis is seeking a System Administrator for a Contract with a client in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate is skilled in leading large-scale GDS migrations, configuring PCCs, managing PNR processes, and delivering end-to-end operational support.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end‑to‑end GDS migration from Travelport to Sabre, ensuring smooth transition and minimal service disruption
Configure and maintain Sabre PCCs, user access, queues, ticketing setups, and printer configurations across agency Branches
Support the migration, recreation, and quality checks of PNRs, templates, and booking workflows
Provide expert guidance on air bookings, refunds, exchanges, and fare optimization processes
Troubleshoot Sabre‑related issues and oversee testing activities before, during, and after migration
Maintain detailed documentation and deliver training to internal teams to ensure ongoing operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience)
3–5+ years of hands-on Sabre administration experience, with strong knowledge of PCC, ticketing, and PNR processes
Proven expertise in managing GDS migrations, system configurations, and troubleshooting within Sabre environments
Strong client-facing capability with excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
