Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for Jenne internal sales teams and the assigned Vendor sales organization
Lead the development and execution of Jenne’s growth strategy for the Vendor, including quarterly and annual business planning
Drive business development activities for an assigned region or segment, with responsibility for achieving quarterly and annual sales targets
Identify, recruit, onboard, enable, and train new and existing partners to accelerate pipeline growth and sales performance
Collaborate with Jenne product management, sales, and Vendor teams on forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity development
Participate in the creation and execution of Vendor programs, promotions, incentives, and training initiatives
Understand Vendor product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and category trends; effectively communicate key insights to Jenne sales teams and partners
Position Jenne and Vendor value propositions to internal teams, partners, and executive-level contacts through virtual presentations, on-site meetings, QBRs, and trade events
Drive heavy outbound partner engagement through phone, on-site visits, social media, and collaboration tools
Develop and execute marketing plans in collaboration with Jenne and Vendor marketing teams, including supporting materials and campaigns
Facilitate, track, and manage seed and demo programs where applicable
Present complementary Vendor solutions to maximize deal size and overall solution value
Complete required Vendor training and certifications to maintain product and solution expertise
Report on partner engagement, KPI progress, pipeline health, and obstacles, providing actionable insights and recommendations
Support Jenne’s strategic initiatives, services, and vertical market focus by aligning Vendor activities accordingly
Exercise independent judgment to solve complex problems, adapt to change, and drive continuous business improvement

Required

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
Proven sales, business development, and customer service capabilities
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and thrive under pressure
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM/sales enablement tool
Bachelor's degree in business/marketing/sales, or 4+ years of relevant product management, sales/or business development
Demonstrated success in a business development/sale role
Product background knowledge of data networking, telephony, unified communications, cloud deployed services OR physical security a plus
Must be highly motivated and possess a personal commitment to the success of the sales organization and goals
Executive management relationship building skills
Financial acumen
Ability to travel up to 25% percent of the time approximately 3x/quarter
Ability to lift 5lbs
Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
This position is essential, and the employee must be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position
