Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries; resolve problems and communicate solutions to the customer
Maintain exceptional knowledge of all internal policies / procedures; monitor adherence to regulations, policies and procedures and serve as subject matter expert for the Corporate Banking team
Use a Customer Relationship Management (“CRM”) or database to record activities and research product information
Complete monthly reports and maintain department records as needed
Use Power BI to create dashboards, track goals for the servicing team & log balance fluctuations with the assistance of the Data Analytics Department
View Director reports each day to look at new accounts, closed accounts, dormant accounts, Certificate of deposit maturity lists and file maintenance changes to any Corporate Banking accounts
Assist senior management with requested reports reflecting Corporate Banking inflows/outflows
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking or financial institution required
MS Office proficiency required, with an intermediate knowledge of Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Acute attention to detail
Preferred
Knowledge of bank's products and services preferred
Prior experience with a CRM system preferred
Power BI experience a plus
