Responsibilities

Fully competent experienced professional able to carry out a broad range of duties
Demonstrates in ‑ depth conceptual and practical knowledge
Manages projects/processes with limited supervision
Solves complex problems and identifies business improvement opportunities
Acts as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience
Lead complex troubleshooting, advanced diagnostics, and performance tuning
Design scalable business and system solutions; steward critical configurations and integrations
Plan and lead testing strategies, QA, and cutover plans
Drive backlog grooming, requirement prioritization, and roadmap inputs with product owners
Mentor Level 1–2 analysts, review deliverables, and enforce standards

5–7+ years of progressive systems analysis or application ownership experience
