Responsibilities
Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of TA professionals supporting hourly and salaried hiring
Partner closely with Operations and HR leaders as a consultative advisor and talent strategist
Build proactive, solution-oriented and data-driven recruiting strategies that can scale with the business and improve talent pipelines, speed, and hiring quality
Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and recruiting technologies to enhance efficiency
Oversee recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development
Represent MITER Brands in the community and build strong external talent partnerships
Use reporting and analytics to uncover insights, broker diagnostic and solution-oriented stakeholder communications, and continuously improve performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading recruitment delivery and execution for both salaried and hourly roles
Proven success and results building strong relationships and influencing leaders at all levels
Passion for developing people and building recruiting capability
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and modern recruiting technology
Data-driven mindset with strong operational execution skills
Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills
Preferred
7+ years total TA experience preferred
Direct experience leading TA/HR strategic initiatives and/or programs strongly preferred
Successful integration of AI functionality or related SaaS platform that delivered measurable efficiency optimization strongly preferred
