Responsibilities
Experience working directly with and supporting Sr. Leadership
Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines integrating multiple data sources
Develop and own business metrics, dashboards, and reporting consumed by senior leadership
Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to ensure high data quality and trust
Partner closely with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
Optimize SQL queries and data models for performance, reliability, and cost
Take ownership of data delivery with minimal oversight and tight timelines
Qualification
Required
Expert-level SQL (non-negotiable)
Complex joins, window functions, performance tuning, and large datasets
Strong end-to-end data engineering experience across the full data lifecycle
Proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java
Experience with Kubernetes and Kueue
Hands-on experience with Snowflake and modern analytics stacks
Proven ability to move fast, work independently, and deliver results under pressure
Experience building pipelines and analytics that directly support executive decision-making
Preferred
Experience with distributed data systems (e.g., Trino)
Familiarity with Lakehouse architectures
Prior experience building dashboards and analytics for executive audiences
Exposure to large-scale or high-growth data environments
