Responsibilities
Manage a team of Project Engineers and CAMs
Coordinating direct employee recruitment & selection
Assisting in employee mentorship and training, performance discussions and recognition
Cultivating and growing the Project Engineering organization
Interfacing w/ Program Management, CAMs, Functional Leads, other discipline leaders, and customers over priorities, milestones and deliveries
Qualification
Required
Manage a team of Project Engineers and CAMs
Coordinating direct employee recruitment & selection
Assisting in employee mentorship and training, performance discussions and recognition
Cultivating and growing the Project Engineering organization
Interfacing w/ Program Management, CAMs, Functional Leads, other discipline leaders, and customers over priorities, milestones and deliveries
Experience with cost, schedule, and technical management of complex systems
Self-starter that is diligent to details and works well in a multi-focused teaming environment
Experience maintaining tight control of a technical baseline through requirements selloff and leading the development of Engineering Change Proposals for new work scope
Preferred
Complete Program Lifecycle - Experience on Development and Sustainment programs
Experience in Support of Large, Complex Development Programs
Experience Supporting Multiple Development and/or Operating Sites
Experience Leading teams and mentoring other employees
Knowledge, experience, and current active program clearance on one or more C2 Ground programs
