Responsibilities
Assist Project Management team with supply chain process optimization project
Document steps of internal processes to create process maps
Document specific information pertaining to movement of materials and product throughout the overall manufacturing and supply chain lifecycle
Develop a good understanding of good manufacturing practice (GMP)
Develop a good understanding of project management in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Develop a good understanding of stakeholder and project management tools
Proactively build relationships and directly engage with stakeholders across departments
Create and develop the project plan
Monitor and control project work
Perform all job duties and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled or recently graduated (graduation date no earlier than April 2024) at/from an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
