Responsibilities
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and coordination
Ensure patients have a seamless and positive experience
Help manage billing, insurance, and financial processes
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and office policies
Align the clinic with company values, standards, and operational best practices
Coach, mentor, and develop team members for peak performance
Resolve staff and patient concerns quickly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management or 5+ years experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to exercise diplomacy, discretion, sound judgment, leadership, and flexibility in various situations while maintaining confidentiality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Windows Operating System and Microsoft Suite; dental software experience is required
Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to start date
Successful completion of background check (including criminal record check) and urinalysis
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must already reside in Germany
