Action Property Management is the premier choice for homeowner’s association management, serving over 300 communities across 9 offices. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager Assistant to support their Engineering team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Engineering team
Prepare and distribute reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Manage emails, phone calls, and general communications
Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with logistics
Maintain organized digital and physical files
Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Building management software and/or similar tools)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Professional, customer-service oriented demeanor
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
