Responsibilities
Write accurate Xactimate estimates and supplements that stand up with carriers
Manage restoration projects from inspection through closeout
Communicate directly with adjusters and maintain program compliance
Control scope, pricing, change orders, and job profitability
Coordinate subcontractors and internal operations
Conduct site visits and maintain customer confidence throughout the job lifecycle
Qualification
Required
3+ years of restoration estimating and project management experience
Strong Xactimate proficiency (required)
Insurance claim and supplement experience
Solid construction knowledge (not estimating-only background)
A verifiable track record of managing restoration projects
Ability to manage multiple active jobs with discipline and urgency
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred
Symbility experience
DASH, Restoration Manager, or similar platforms
Documentation tools such as DocuSketch or Matterport
Local candidates familiar with the region are strongly preferred
